THE HEART OF R. LAPID’S. A two-storey building processing plant with a total floor area of 2700 sqm. situated in the industrial city of Valenzuela . Cold storage, warehouse, processing areas, administration office, maintenance room, and even a quarters area for the convenience of production workers, completes the R. LAPID’S place. It manages the company’s total chain process: from planning and acquisition of raw materials and ingredients, warehousing, manufacturing of processed food for the stores and wholesale clients, physical distribution and logistic. It is where most items are produced, prepared and stored. From this location flow the supplies that are delivered to over 90 stores located Luzon wide & Cebu.
It’s awarded a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Certification by the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS). This facility is the first-ever chicharon processor in the country to be GMP certified.
